We have already met Saf's organic 'raw-food' cuisine in Asmal›mescit, but now it's time to try it in fast-food style. Healthy wraps, desserts, juices, shakes, salads and snacks are waiting for us at the new branch in Kuruçeflme. Amongst the favourites at this health-conscious restaurant are organic pilaf; a Mexican wrap prepared with salsa, avocado and caramelised onion; and Cajun, a fruit pie with cacao, vanilla cream and walnuts. Grass juices including wheat-grass shots (think Sam in Sex and the City!) are the most popular beverages. Prices are not bad, with juices at 7 YTL, snacks at 6 YTL, salads at 7-9 YTL, and wraps at 10 YTL. After you've eaten your food either standing up or perched on a stool, stop by the LifeCo Shop next door to shop for organic food.
