A glance at German cinema’s centenarian history through 22 film samples. The selection includes the first silent films, films from before and after the war, creative films from the 60s and 70s and present day’s modern and realist cinema in order to portray the different periods of cinematic history. Each film depicts the Germany of its period and documents the evolution of film language. All films are shown in German with Turkish subtitles.
